The proposed meaning · English summary

Find a figure’s place by row, class, next position, degree, source, destination, or local value.

The Aries and Pisces ring texts are treated as addresses and sub-addresses. In this context, the proposed value AIR means movement around a ring—not water.

Where this reading comes from

What is on the page
Circular diagrams, figures or stars, and short inscriptions provide the setting. The pictures alone do not identify a date, a numbered step, or a direction of travel.
What the interpretation adds
The earlier model treats the inscriptions as local entries and positions. The reading of classes, values, or destinations comes from that model, not from identified celestial names.
What is still unknown
No word meaning or complete sentence has been confirmed. Later research withdrew parts of this method; these instructions preserve an earlier interpretation, rather than a current decipherment.
