Portugal to join agreement on Special Tribunal for Russia’s crimes against Ukraine

Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has thanked Portugal for its readiness to become the 15th country to join the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.
